CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit paid at the time of booking. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we appreciate your understanding in this matter. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the service fee will be charged. We value your time and our service providers' time, so we encourage you to notify us if you are unable to attend your appointment. Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be necessary to reschedule your visit. Appointments that are missed due to lateness will be categorized as a no-show and subject to our no-show policy.
